Four voices are heard on many of our numbers. On vocals, Phil Meehan has an outstanding lead voice while Kerry Wright will take you back to the joy and the pain of those classic girls songs. Rich harmonies are provided by Michael Beilby and John E, with the latter’s vocal bass lines occasionally providing a journey back to the doo wop era, and another lead voice.
Phil Meehan also plays great Fender lead guitar. Bruce Stavert is on Shadows style rhythm - or ripping out great bluesy lead solos. On keyboards we have Michael Beilby, the Rockin’ Doc with his quirky riffs (can a keyboard player have a sense of musical humour?). All of which is laid on top of the solid foundations of the Human Drum Machine John Anderson (defying the advance of technology) and the bass guitar lines of John E – who literally first played music together as mere children back in the late 1960s (does anyone still remember northside band The Cavemen with Lennie Magee?)
